Your notes, turned into a course.

You upload what you already have: notes, slides, PDFs. Semesty splits it into short lessons and puts them in order, so you can just start at the top.

Each lesson covers one thing.

Instead of a 40-page PDF, you get one idea at a time, explained in plain language. When you’ve got it, you move on to the next one.

Then you try it yourself.

After the explanation come a few quick questions. You find out right away if you really understood it, or if it just sounded familiar.

The hard parts come back.

Got something wrong? It shows up again in Review, so you can have another go later without digging through your notes.

How it goes.

  1. Add your files

PDFs, documents, slides, text files, screenshots, photos of your notes. You can put several in one course.

  2. Put them in order

Set the order you want to study them in. Semesty sticks to that order.

  3. Start your first lesson

Your course is now a path of short lessons. Do one, and come back for the next whenever you like.

A few common questions.

What can I upload?

PDFs, documents, slides, text files, screenshots and photos of your course material.

Does it stick to my material?

Yes, each course is built around what you upload, so the lessons stay close to your content. AI can still get things wrong though, so double-check anything important.

Can other people see my course?

Only if you want them to. When you create a course, you choose whether it stays private or can be shared.
